District 16 is in the North Region in 2026 and sends three teams to the region tournaments for PWA, PWB, Girls 12U A and Girls 12U B.

PWAA & BAA will play in North District tournaments with Districts 11, 12 & 15. Five teams will advance to the North Region Tournament from that district tournament.
