  • All District 16 associations received unique team codes on Monday, October 27th.
  • Each association should ensure that teams have access to an iPad for scoring
  • Training volunteers is strongly encouraged
  • All District 16 League games and Exhibition games will be entered by each individual association.
  • The person(s) entering games into the iPad for each association is responsible for loading games into the correct season category - District 16, Minnesota Hockey - Exhibition, or Invitational Tournaments.
  • USA Hockey rosters should uploaded into GameSheet by each association
  • Game scoring volunteers should find scheduled games under the uploaded tab on the arena iPad.
  • It is the responsibility of the coach or team manager to make sure their team roster is correct.
  • Changes can be made to rosters up until game time, once a game is downloaded on the iPad, it lives there until either uploaded or deleted.
  • Make sure coach or player suspensions are properly notated.
  • At the conclusion of each game the GameSheet iPad must be signed by coaches and referees.
  • Once all information is completed on the iPad the game must be uploaded to reflect correctly in the standings
  • If a game is not uploaded, it will remain on the iPad it was scored on and will not appear in the standings

District 16 Teams - as of Oct 27th

ONLY games between District 16 teams playing at the same age and playing level should be entered under the District 16 tab - ie. Hallock PWB1 vs RLF PWB1.

All other non-tournament games should be entered under the Minnesota Hockey - Exhibition tab - ie. Bemidji 10UA vs Roseau 10UB or TRF SQB1 Blue vs EGF SQB2 Red.

All tournament games should be entered under the Invitational Tournaments tab.

If games are entered incorrectly they will negatively affect the standings. Associations will be responsible for re-entering any games that are entered incorrectly.

Associations may want to have a copy of the District 16 teams at the scorer’s table of each arena if you are relying on individuals working games to add to the schedule in GameSheet.
